Are you ready to fix your injury?

Think of this as the start of your journey, how long we work together from here is entirely up to you based on your injury, goals, circumstance and progress.

Fix Your Foundations is our 12 week Signature Starter Package that walks you through the foundation phases of the Fix It Fast Framework via 6 x online exercise 1:1s.

Sessions take place every other week via Zoom, giving you implementation time inbetween. If you are ready to move into the strength phase, 1 session a month can be traded for in person sessions at your gym*. (*travel expenses apply – location dependent)

This coaching programme is completely bespoke. We will work through the items brought to light by your Initial Assessment and start to implement the “Fix It Fast Framework”.

This first phase of implementing the framework is enough to significantly reduce most people’s symptoms. It is not the end of the journey as it takes time to build strength, stability and improve flexibility.

At the end of the 12 weeks, we will review how you are feeling and decide how to move forward from there.

What if an emergency occurs during the 12 week period?

For extenuating circumstances, we can press pause on the 12 weeks for up to 6 months.

When Do The Online Group Pilates Classes Run?

Tuesday – 9.30am and Thursdays – 8.15pm for 45 minutes.

Recordings are available if you can’t attend them live.

Hi, I’m Becky

I’ve been a Physiotherapist since 2008 and an Osteopath since 2014, the year I also started running my clinic based in Sidcup, Kent. I’ve worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor for over 20 years – It’s my hobby and vocation!

My passion is to fix injuries through movement/exercise. To find what isn’t moving well and assist it to move better. This combined with a little sprinkling of hands on treatment is how I roll.

My focus is making you better by getting you stronger, more flexible and moving optimally. To fix your injury for the long term and not just treat the symptoms.
