Hi, I’m Becky

I’ve been a physiotherapist since 2008 and a qualified osteopath since 2014, the year I also  started running my clinic based in Sidcup, Kent. I’ve worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor for over 20 years – It’s my hobby and vocation!

My passion is to fix injuries through movement/exercise. To find what isn’t moving well and assist it to move better. This combined with a little sprinkling of hands on treatment is how I roll.

My focus is making you better by getting you stronger, more flexible and moving optimally. To fix your injury for the long term and not just treat the symptoms.

Physiotherapy, Osteopathy & Pilates

We are dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal (bone, muscle, nerve, disc, tendon, ligament) problems and sporting/traumatic injuries. In addition to the hands on treatment we provide, our core principle is the use of rehabilitative and preventative exercise to improve the way you move and keep you pain free.

By looking at your posture and bio-mechanics (the way you move) we can identify and correct the root cause of the problem as well as treating your symptoms. This results in more permanent symptom relief allowing you to return to work, sport and the activities you love quicker and with a reduced occurrence of re-injury.
