Becky’s area of specialism is injury prevention and rehabilitation via exercise to optimise posture and performance. She is a qualified Personal Trainer with Advanced Level 3 NVQ qualifications in both Corrective Exercise (injury prevention) and Exercise for the Older Adult awarded by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
In addition, she has a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Pilates from the Pilates Institute and specialises in Pilates for those recovering from injury. She works with a wide range of medical conditions but has a particular interest in sports injuries, back and neck pain, pre and post natal (specifically working to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles) and scoliosis prevention and management in young adults.
